    Paint Nite

How do you feel about Paint Nite? Always love doing things that spark my creative senses. Tipsy painting is always better than regular painting. It was hard to pick paint classes at 1st because my apartment has a nautical theme and couldn’t find paintings with those colors. Then I tapped into my creative spirit and realized when I go to those classes I don’t have to paint in those colors. Below you’ll find a picture of what the painting was supposed to look like. I think it looks the same just different colors. “Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world.” – Marilyn Monroe

A View on Every Corner of “New York New York”

A lot of people think when you come to New York you have to pay to sightsee. But today I remembered that in New York there’s always a sight to be seen. No matter where you turn. Yesterday morning I was waiting for a train at the Brighton Beach subway station and there it was a view of Brighton Beach in between the streets. Later on that night as I walked through the Washington Square I looked at the arch and realized there’s nothing more beautiful than being a New Yorker. “Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety–nine percent perspiration.” – Thomas A. Top of The Rock

As someone that wasn’t born in New York. I find myself always trying to do touristy things. I want to always have the feeling of someone that was born here. This month I went to the Top of The Rock for the first time after living here for 4 years. I have to say the view was breathtaking. “Successful people are the ones who are breaking the rules.” – Seth Godin

    The Trip Planner

I plan my vacations out pretty well. Some would say I plan too much but I’m the type of person that when I go on vacation all I want to do is enjoy it. I just want to go, see, and be everything it takes to enjoy. I don’t want to plan and waste time there. I don’t want to worry about anything but I just want to enjoy my vacation. Do you think should you plan or be spontaneous on vacations? The Love Lock Bridge with Notre Dame in the background. Canvas My State to State

In my 30 years of life. I have lived in 3 State in the US and traveled some. While one would say I like to travel. I say I love to travel. If I could afford to travel all the time, that’s all I would do! In any event I save a shot glass from every place I’ve been. But I thought every State I called home deserved something better. I embroidered on canvas with every state I’ve lived in.  Here is my display of travel.   “If you cannot be a poet, be the poem.” -David Carradine

    Bucket List

The bucket list is the best thing to have and even better to live. I have always had a bucket list. I don’t always look or think about it. Here is my list! I’ve always wanted to get all dressed up and go to an opera. For someone in the fashion community you love to put on a gown or some fancy dress and feel important. I’ve always wanted that pretty woman moment when she was crying even though she didn’t understand the language they were singing in. I finally got the chance to go. A good friend and I got all dressed up and went to the opera. It was beautiful. You didn’t have to sit there and wonder what they were saying because they had subtitles in front of each seat in every languages. Wow Lincoln Center Opera is the best.…
