    Ground Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers

    Ingredients: 6 Medium/Large Bell Peppers 1 pound Ground Turkey 1 Medium Yellow Onion – Diced 2 handfuls of mushrooms 1 tablespoon of garlic ½ a jalapeño pepper Salt and pepper 1 can Sloppy Joe 15.5oz 1 Packet Taco Seasoning Mix* 2 Cups Grated Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese ½ Avocado and Sour Cream for sides. Directions: Cut off the top and remove the seeds from each pepper. Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 350˚F (175˚C).     In 2014 I made a big decision to change my life. I didn’t like my health so I dieted. I went from 164 to 135 in just a couple of months. Last year I had a series of depressing events that made me gain 10 pounds back. At the beginning of this year I went right back on my diet.     Cheat Day

    To really have a good diet you must have a cheat day. Give everything you have to your diet. Work out, eat healthy and make smart health conscious decisions. I have a cheat day once a week but I have a rule. I think that rule has helped me maintain good diet and not an angry Lisa for not eating what I want. You can cheat but you can’t have an affair!
