As a part of a healthy lifestyle a great morning routine is important. I once read that a great morning routine contributes a productive and healthy day. What’s your morning routine? Do you even have one? I do; take my vitamins with a cup of tea and some fruit, look over my weekly to do list and see you it can be done, pin on Pinterest, then start my workout.
Workout
45 minutes of Run, Jog and/or walk with
30 minutes of abs, arms and leg workouts
15 minutes of meditation
